These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at store.dukamneti.co.ke and any related pages, products, games and services operated by Dukamneti Online Shops ("Dukamneti", "we", "us" or "our"), based in Nairobi, Kenya. By accessing or using the site, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About us

Dukamneti Online Shops is an online retailer offering products including hair extensions and braids, accessories, beauty items and perfume sprays, as well as digital cards and free games. You can reach us at support@dukamneti.co.ke.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order or use paid features of the site.

3. Products, pricing and availability

• All prices are shown in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where required.
• We try to keep product descriptions, images, prices and stock accurate, but errors can occur. We may correct errors, and change or discontinue products, at any time without notice.
• Where an item is out of stock, we may cancel or adjust the affected part of your order and, if you have already paid, refund you for it.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it and/or payment is received. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or an error in the price or description.

5. Payment

We accept payment through Safaricom M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa) and PayPal. You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We do not store your full card details; card payments are handled by PayPal.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and any fees are communicated at or before checkout and may vary by location. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please provide accurate delivery details; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

7. Returns and refunds

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description, contact us at support@dukamneti.co.ke promptly and we will work with you to repair, replace or refund it as appropriate. Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons (for example, opened beauty or perfume products) except where they are faulty.

8. Games, promotions and leaderboards

• Our games (such as the Girlfriend’s Day game) are provided free of charge and for entertainment only. No purchase is necessary to play.
• Leaderboards, scores, ranks and “verified receipts” are for fun. While we take reasonable steps to verify scores, we do not guarantee their accuracy and they have no cash or redeemable value.
• We may remove any entry, reset scores, or change or end a game or promotion at any time.

9. Content you submit

If you enter a nickname, dedication or other text (for example, on a leaderboard), you are responsible for it. You must not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, hateful, harassing, infringing, or that discloses another person’s private information without their consent. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content in connection with the service, and we may remove any content at our discretion.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to cheat or manipulate scores, interfering with or disrupting the service, attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

11. Intellectual property

The site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, games and software — are owned by or licensed to Dukamneti and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the site normally.

12. Third-party links and advertising

The site may display advertising (including Google AdSense) and links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

13. Disclaimers

The site and its games are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dukamneti will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or games. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Dukamneti harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
